Will of MARY ARNOLD, second wife of ISAAC ARNOLD

In the name of God Amen I MARY ARNOLD of the County of King George and Parrish of Hanover being at this present time in perfect health, sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in form following to wit:  

I give and bequeath to my daughter ELIZABETH a lot of land lying on Maple Branch and adjoining the land of Mr. Francis Conway to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter JEMINAH and her heirs forever a lot of land including the land where Samuel Wharton now lives after the death of my daughter DIANAH WHARTON the lot of land being next the main road and adjoining the land of Mr. William Boon.

Item:  I give and bequeath all the rest of my estate to be equally divided between my daughters ELIZABETH and JEMINAH with this reserve that my daughter JEMINAH pay unto my daughter ELIZABETH out of her part of my Estate the sum of ten pounds Virginia Currency.

Item:  I give and bequeath to all the rest of my children one shilling sterling when demanded by my Execs. hereafter mentioned.  My will and desire is that none of my estate may be inventoried or appraised.  Secondly, I institute and appoint my friends John Thornby Sr. and Baldwin Berry executors of this my Last Will and Testament.  In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of March 1775.

Signed sealed and declared to be the Last Will and Testament of MARY ARNOLD in the presence of Horatio Dade, Mary Dade, Elizabeth Alexander, Behethland Dade
